The War Room

I just noticed the War Room isn't blocked by my companies firewall, unlike our magnificient front page which has suffered the wrath of a trigger happy admin. Kind of late for a first post though, eh?

It was a pleasure meeting you all the two times I came down to visit your humble abodes. The parties were king, and the establishment is boss. The beer isn't as good as in Michigan, but I won't hold that against any of you.

I have enjoyed lurking posts on the battlefront, and the situation we've found ourselves in this country should hit home with anyone. The only reason I can come up with for the sad state of affairs, is a gross amount of misinformation throughout the country. When exactly did we allow our public servants to become public enemy #1? People seem to think it's neccesary to give up their freedoms for safety, but as Franklin said 'Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither.'

Hope to see ya all soon, and thanks for the promotion ... although it kind of defeats the whole joke.

Hey! Long over due for an introduction in here! Glad to have you present in the War Room and can't wait to hang and scream at DEMF.

By the way, we have beer EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS MICHIGAN HERE!!! Just none of it happens to be brewed here.

I think we may have to visit some of those breweries ...

I have to agree with the general on this one... STL does have good beer, although very little of it is made in the city, let alone the state. STL is one of only two places I have ever gotten Delerium Noel on tap

That being said, there are quite a few awesome breweries in Michigan. My fav there is still Dragonsmeade
Oregon and SoCal have ALOT of good breweries too.

Bells and Founders brew here as well, which are personal favorites.
